Professionals in our Social Service Department are available for support, counseling, discharge planning, advice and other important information. Our discharge planning has developed a strong tradition of returning residents home quickly and safely, through the use of adaptive equipment, home care services and skilled professionals.

Therapeutic Recreation

Ocean Gardens’s Therapeutic Recreation Department accommodates the residents requests and offers a wide range of organized and individualized activities. Our renovated activity room offers internet access computers, a kitchenette for cooking groups, 60 and 40 inch Smart TVs. Our experienced recreation staff, is prepared to provide each resident with guidance on any leisure or special needs they may have. Activities are diverse to ensure each individual admitted to our facility is able to maintain any current interests and hobbies, as well as identifying new ones. Our goal is to provide a positive source to add to each resident’s quality of life.
